Which will be better?

I have 2 gigs of Corsair 8500C5D - 1066MHz and 5 5 5 18 timings.

Would I be better off to buy another 2 gigs of that?

Or 4 gigs of OCZ DDR2 PC2-6400 Reaper HPC Edition? It would be about the same price for both options...

So high latency and higher clock or lower latency and lower clock?

Or perhaps 4 gigs of Team Xtreem 2G Kit(2 x 1024M) PC6400 800Mhz 3-3-3-8(TXDD2045M800HC3DC)? A bit more expensive, but even faster timings - is this Team Xtreem stuff good?

Also - is moving to 4 gigs and Vista 64bit a good move altogether? or is 2 gigs of the RAM I have decent?

4 gigs of ram on Vista64 is the sweet spot, my best mate has that in his rig and its perfect
