Which will hit 890Mhz(445)?

i know the second one will for fact, i have mine at 950mhz @2v and stock clocks since i built mine, even had it up to 1300mhz i think. :D

They are both identical, the first one just has lower timings, but the voltage is set to 2.1v. You can easily set either one to the same timings at the same voltage with no problem.

I have the CL5 version and i've had mine up to DDR2 950 @ CL5 perfectly stable.

Which do you guys recommend?

Thanks

The set in the first link used to be amazing, as they used Micron D9 chips, which allowed them to often reach DDR2-1067. Now, they don't use as high quality chips.

This set: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231065 uses the Micron D9s and is an amazing overclocking set. However, they do cost quite a bit more.

In summary, I probably would still get the first link over the second, on the very slight chance you would get a set with the Micron D9s. If you don't mind paying more for your memory, by all means get the G.Skill.

i say get the CL5 version, i have mine set almost identical to OMEGA's lol. I mean you save $10 and your probably going to be messing with the settings anyway...

I cross my eyes when I look at G. Skill, I am not comfortable with them. Everyone on Newegg says Micron D9's are crap, am I missing something?

EDIT: My bad Newegg is talking about the ProMos, nevermind. Are you sure the first set has Micron D9's?

Thanks

EDIT: I am thinking about the G. Skill, is it good stuff? (Humor me, tell me something good so I will shut up and buy it, lol)
