hay im unsure of wat to get for memory either

the 1st one is DDR 2 memory and the second one is DDR

Well does your motherboard support DDR or DDR2 then you choose that one cause they are both completley different types of ram and your mobo is only comaptible with one of those 2.

ops forgot to mention that mine supports both i fink
heres the specs for memory Dual channel memory architecture
4 x 240-pin DIMM, support max. 8GB DDR2 800/667/533 ECC and non-ECC, un-buffered memory.

the 2nd one is only 184-pin... wont fit even if your mobo could take DDR
