I have a computer that all of a sudden the background is white and all the fonts are white so nothing can be read. Its on an upgraded to Windows 10 computer. When I go to personalize (some icons are present) the color titles will go gray so that I cant click on anything. I cant seem to boot into safemode, and I have no idea how this happened. any ideas? and remember I cant read anything on the screen. I am writing from a different computer.
thanks for your help!

Did you install anything, browsed on some bad websites?

Are you able to launch programs? If so download the programs listed here and run them on your computer:

I am unable to see anything, its a white background and no words of anykind can be seen. I have a few file folders that are visable but I have no clue what they are, because when I clip on them what ever opens has no words for me to see what it is

How long has it been since you upgraded to 10? If its been longer then 30 days, I don't think you can reactivate the license on 7.

I have a different copy of 7
I cant seem to boot from cd either so I don't know what to do
are there any free programs that run automatically from a disc or usb? it would have to run automatically because I don't see anything

Doubt it. Have you tried booting to safe mode with command prompt? You can run system restore from there.

I can not do anything, I have a white screen with white fonts (or maybe no fonts). Cant boot into anything, cant run anything, cant do anything except for log in. I cant get to CMD and even if I could, I couldn't read it.
