who know driver backup in ms-dos

i very headche,my fren is a old pc ,but she cannot log in the windows and she lost the driver,after i check her pc motherboard i writing down the model find in website cannot find the driver,and i only know if i log in operating system can backup driver,but if cannot log in the windows ,how i got idea to backup driver ,hope all person can give some idea ,thank you all.

You shouldn't need a driver to boot into Windows, it has generic drivers that will at least let you log on and do basic tasks.
