Who would you build a computer through?

well i posted that 2500k and h60 combo for the cooling that someone said, and for the monitor, i would say upgrade that, it was just a really cheap but good one and didn't remember any budget.

Sounds good. I'll up the monitor to the Hanns-G 21.5 in that supports 1920 x 1080.

As a side question:

Will I be able to get temperature readings from my different components? Would I need to purchase a special piece of hardware to do this?

Also... Is there any reason that the OEM CPU cooler wouldn't get the job done for my un-overclocked application?

for no overclocking or even up to ~+.5ghz the stock cooler is finr, just somebady said something about getting a cooler and if you're gunna get such a beast you might as well make it beasty-er, and the motherboard and gpu have built in temp readers, as long as you don't overclock the stock coolers will be more than fine.

oh yeah, if you want to be gaming on maxed out settings at 1920x1080 then that gpu isn't good enough, will need a litlle more power

Allrighty sounds good. I'm making the order in a few. Thank yall for all the help. I'm sure I'll be bugging yall some more in the next couple of days when I get the parts in! Thanks again for all the help.

I tell you what. NewEgg takes their sweet time!! lol

I ordered Sunday night. My card was just charged today, and I don't think it's been shipped yet. I talked to a rep yesterday and she said it should come in Friday with the 3 day shipping I have on it.

I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas....

Hey guys, I think my parts are coming in tomorrow. I have a quick question or two.

1.) Will my 750w power supply support an additional 4 120mm case fans? Bringing the total # of case fans to 6.

2.) Is there a particular order to installing drivers?

Thanks
JK

assuming windows dont cover it in the basic drivers, Ethernet/wireless first. Then the most current drivers from mobo manufacturers website, Most recent from GPU site (Amd or Nvidia) and all other necessary codecs/drivers not included in that.

Unfortunately, my parts are still in Dallas! They won't be in till Tuesday... Damn holiday... My case and monitor did come in, and I've tested the monitor with my laptop. I have all the drivers downloaded onto a flash drive to make things go smooth Tuesday.

How do yall feel about doing an external test boot before mounting the system in the case? I like the idea myself.
