Who's been using my computer?

Is there a way that I can look to see if my computer has been turned on or used in the last two weeks? Is there a log somewhere. I have a Dell Dimension 4700 and I run XP.

If you run Norton it tracks it in there... I'm not sure where else but I bet there is another way to find it.

I don't have Norton on this computer, I have McAfee. But perhaps there's a way McAfee has something similar....
