Why does FireFox go to Server Not Found on first try?

As far as I know, my antivirus is up to date. It was installed by a "professional."

About 50% of the time, when trying to access a web page, it will go to the "Server Not Found" page and then work on the second try.

There's nothing wrong with the Internet connection.

I would try changing your DNS. Either that, or the fact that you have two ad blockers installed at the same time.
8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4 is the Google DNS if you want to join the botnet :D It's fast though.

People with problems always make statements like this..

As per @Jiniix it sounds like DNS would be the main culprit. If you're just using the DNS reference given to by your ISP, those generally perform like garbage. You can swap DNS on your local PC to 8.8.8.8 or something to validate. If it fixes your issue then you can apply the same DNS reference to your router in the DHCP settings and it will hand out that new DNS server reference to all of the other clients on your network.

I just meant that the lights were on the router.
