Why does Roblox shut down our computer?

Sometimes, when my son is playing Roblox, the whole system just shuts down without warning. It has also happened when he is playing fortnight. Is there anything we can do about it or is it an external issue?
It's not a gaming PC by the way.

Check the event viewer during the time of the cut-down and see if there is any info on it. Could be a few different reasons why.

What PC is it? Honestly even a new build shouldn't crash completely.
