Why does this site download videos instead of stream them?

There is a site that used to stream videos every time I clicked on them. They are usually .mp4's. Now, when I click on them, they start downloading. I just want to view them on the site. Actually, this happens for many sites now. I don't know why things changed.

What's the site? Might be your browser settings for handling MP4's. Chose to open rather than download.

The videos work in Internet Explorer but not Google Chrome.

There are probably adapters one could buy to get the desired results...
