Well apparently it's working now....
Which leads me back to my post about why computers act in seemingly random ways.
It was telling me that something was wrong with my Adobe Flash, which apparently fixed itself for no reason completely randomly.

I thought YouTube went HTML5? If not use a Mozilla based browser like Firefox, Pale Moon or Cyberfox and install the addon YouTube Center and force HTML5.
