Why doesn't the site update with me?

Hey guys! i have this problem and i dunno why its happeneing, and i think it has to do with IP. Everyday i access www.f1-live.com/en to get some fresh news, but this last week i entered the site and i saw the same page same news, and it updates every 3 days or so, now i know this is my problem since i can access this site from my university , so different IP, and i get a newer page than what i get from my house. Why is this happening. I blame the Ip, since i try this with my two browsers, IE and Opera, i mostly use opera and in case the page is old, than 95% cahnce is that from IE it will be old too.
thanks for any solution if possible since this is weard.
 
well i have tried to delete temp int files before,but hrere is the interesting part, the site doesn't update but the countdown to the beginning of the race does continue and is rational.
