Why is it SO loud???????????

I just freshly installed XP pro Cor with sp2. The computer fan runs so loud for some reason. What I mean is that, You know when we boot in safe mode the fan are louder them in reguler boot up. but for some reason My fan runs so loud even it is in reguler mode. I tried to boot it in the safe mode but the sound of the is the same. anybody know why? My computer is originaly XP home with SP2.
 
The thing is that I opened my Coputer case and used one of that big fans just to see if the computer fan sould slow down but it didn't.

here are the readings that I got from speed fan.

Fan1:3835 RPM Temp1:-48C Temp 1 and 2 has down blue arow
Fan2:2150 RPM Temp2:37C
Fan3:0RPM Temp3:42C Temp3 has a green check
HD0: 50C HD0 has a fire simble beside it
HD1: 45C HD1 has a green check

and here is something on the bottom which I have no idea of what they are

VCOREA: 1.74V | -12V: -12.28V
VCOREB: 0.00V | -5V: 3.60V
+3.3V 3.36V | +5VSB: 5.56V
+5V: 5.13V | VBAT: 0.00V
+12V: 11.80V |

IS EVERYTHINGN OK?

naaaaaaaaaaaaaa, It is the same computer that i had before and the onlything differnt is that it is XP pro instead of Home. it was not loud before i installed the xp pro

I think it may be virus or spyware that is causing it, because I can't get my computer to turn off or restart. I have to push and hold onto the power botton inorder to turn off the computer. I can turn it off before i installed internet and everything. SO....... I am doing a Scan right now and mabe I will post a Hijack Log later if the scan didn't find anything.

EDIT_ I also noticed when I do the NAV scan it is much slower because it is like scaning 10,15 files at a time like how it would be in safe mode, as to before 100,120 files and more. I can tell because I used NAV for like morethan 3 years now.

First thing you should always do

First thing you should always do after installing a fresh copy of windows is do windows updates otherwise you will get viruses rather rapidly. Just some advice.
