My computer is moving SLOW.. i formated and im connected back to the internet.. but yet my stuff loads slow, and when i drag IM chats, or other application boxes across the screen, they fade across and move real slow... but im usin Cable modem.. and this is whats in my computer

and b4 i formated it never moved like this... does anyone know what i can do to correct this?
