Intel Core2quad 4gbddr3, windows 7 professional.
I haven't done any real study into this, I was just playing around with the widgets (or whatever they're called) and brought up the cpu performance one. It never drops below 32%. It's like it from the moment win7 boots. There are no obvious power sapping programs running in task manager. Hard drives are not churning away.
At a glance, and to use, the system appears perfect. If I hadn't read these numbers it wouldn't concern me - I wouldn't suspect anything to be wrong.
Just wondering if this is normal?
