Why should I pay more?

I have the nForce4 Ultra chipset motherboard. I went through 2 until I finally settled on the 3rd one, and it is the cheapest Newegg.com has for that chipset. It works just as good as the other 2 except the other 2 were much more expensive. So I want to know... would there be any point to paying more for those other 2 when I can't tell the difference? Or are there really big differences?
 
what motherboard did you previously have and what one do you have now? newegg links would be best.
 
Actually, I just looked at the prices of them now, and they are all about $10 different, and when I got them they were like $40 different. LOL, I'm all set now, nobody has to post.
