Why should i restart my computer 8-9 times?

Hello!

Why should i restart my computer 8-9 times when i open my computer it doesnt start immiditaley i have to restart it 8-9 times then to open and when it opens there write your system failed to boot several times before what should i do how can i repair it.Thank You
 
What are the specifications of your computer? Are there any error codes coming up on the screen right before the computer restarts?
 
No nothing,look when i press the button to open my pc the screen is black and makes a sound when i restart 8-9 times before windows start it says your system failed to boot several times before and then normaly windows starts and there is no error code i just checked error service but it does not work.
 
Possible bad hard drive? Disconnect everything not needed to boot. This means HDD, any usb devices, pci cards. All you need is cpu, memory, video. Try booting up and see if you get the invalid boot media message. If you do, then start adding back devices until you find the bad hardware.
