Why the mouse and keyboard work stuck

My mouse and keyboard (wireless) work stuck for me when there are some open windows on my computer. This is characterized by the fact that I try to type a word, some of the letters are not absorbed, the mouse moves in pictures and is not fluent. I replaced mouse and keyboard, processor and motherboard and nothing helps. Anyone know how to solve this problem?

i am asking for help to solve this problem. my keyboard and mouse are not working well and i have lag and stuck when i use them

Is the usb reciever for the device attached to a usb hub or directly to a USB port on the computer. If attached to a hub, try moving it to an open USB port directly on the computer.
