Why would "recent searches" have searches that I never search before

Under "recent searches" on google there was a topic I never searched before. Whats more weird is under that one specific topic were other topics which I did search but about two weeks ago. But I was on google two days prior looking up a medical topic (brusing on leg). So why the mix up. Do I have a virus. Can someone explain this to me. I use my computer for a lot of personal things and it seems odd. I know for a fact I am the only one using this computer.

Right-click in the google search text field. Is "Show Suggestions" ticked? If so, you're getting commonly searched terms based on the criteria you've entered by the entire world. If that's not it, and "Show Suggestions" is unticked, you can manually delete your previous searches.. highlight the previous search and hit delete.
