Wi-fi and GPS

I dont know if i can post this here...but i want a smartphone with both GPS and Wi-Fi so far i have looked at the XDA Orbit 2 and the Tytn 2....which ones the better device?

Which other ones would you recommend

I guess if you put skype on a laptop or handheld it's almost a phone? Which means this isn't totally off-topic Seriously though, I don't know much about the subject, mostly just joking around.
