widow laptops?

how are widow pc laptops? are they good quality? because come time for my graduation i want to make sure i have picked out the best laptop i can for my graduation gift. im going to want it to b able to play some demanding games such as half life 2 if i so choose. also wireless internet is a must. and i was wondering if they are a good choice.

if not what company should i look to for a good gaming laptop?
