Wierd emojis screen

Can anyone help and explain me what's this kind of problem? Hardware's matter or software? I've recovered the original windows 7 and it keeps appearing and makes the laptop hanging.

Looks more like graphics artifacts, but they could be cause by dying RAM or CPU.

How I can Know if it's RAM or CPU? is there any tests I can do?
