Wierd temps again

I just bought a Thermalright ultra 120 and 5 scythe slipstream 120mm fans, 3 for the case and 2 for the ultra 120. I then applied AS5 on the cpu and got these results.

CPU: q6600 @ 2.4

I have a problem, My graphics card is idling at 75C and my mobo at like 39C. Is there a probe thats broken or are those the actual temps within reason?

My CPU idles at like 24C. I'm not too sure about my mobo though. And get a fan control program for the GPU. I doubt that all video cards are set near 100% fan speed. Most are around 30%.

the gtx 280 isn't a very small card, post what the load temps are if you can, and take off the side panel for a little while to see how that affects temperatures
