We've just changed to BT infinity. I have had no problems connected to the internet but my partner has.
His PC is Windows Vista and it keeps saying his WiFi is connected but it isn't as it's not letting him go on the internet. Strangely, he has been able to get on there once since the BT infinity change and he didn't have to do anything special it just came on but now he can't get on.
We've done quite a bit of googling but both of us are pretty clueless about computers and have now come to a grinding halt after going around in circles. Any help most appreciated.
