Wifi Connection Problem

Hello there.
I have a Dapeng T5000 phone which has wifi. So when I click on wifi, it does discover my wireless network but at the end when I enter the password, it says unable to connect. DO I have to change access point settings and put some IP addresses in my phone settings. I can provide any detail that you need.

it got fixed. i had to change my wireless modem's security settings to that of my wireless phones! so it works now. cheers:)
