Wifi name doesn't show up on the list.
There is a problem with my wireless internet connection which disappears every time I go back to Windows. After putting my laptop to sleep/shut it down/restart, when I resume Windows, my wireless name disappears and I have to restart the modem/router for the name to reappear on the list.
Or sometimes the name is there but the connection is limited (with the exclamation mark - and the solution is to restart the router.)
I went to My Network Places and the name doesn't show up.
I tried to look at the Device Manager and update the drivers but Windows says the drivers are up to date.
Could it be the router?
On the other hand, the router is connected to the Desktop and there's no problem.
It gets annoying to restart the router several times a day for the name to reappear.
What can I do at this point?
