Wifi/hard wired issues

Hello all,
I have an HP hardwired pc and a Dell wifi lappy.

My question: How can I connect the 2 computers so they can see each other, share files, etc.

If both computers are connected to your router follow this guide:

If your not on that OS just google whatever you have. It's all relatively simple.
