WiFi In Your Car

I've been reading some articles, and came across,

Is it possible to get wifi in your car, while driving?


I am pretty skeptical with this, but if it mimics the Wireless Phone internet, then I can see that.

If you have a PC in your car, you could pick up wireless signals, however unless you have something such as WiMax in your city, you will lose range of the source very quickly if you are moving.

The article I was reading, the second one, it was saying get internet where ever your car goes, though.

Thats talking about making your car a hotspot, and giving out internet access via cellular broadband services. Not being able to receive internet anywhere you go.
