wifi keeps resetting

It would shut off and then a half minute later turn back on, but I think I solved it. I turned off the option to reset it to save power on my wireless settings and on the device settings,
 
Update the wireless adapter driver. Also what router do you have? How far away are you from the router?
 
I updated the driver and it still resets. I have a Cisco router, but I don't think it's the router because my phone and Ipad don't reset
 
well luckily for now there is an ethernet cord ran to my room, so I'm using wired and it's working great. But yeah if I move and need wifi and the problem keeps happening on a different wifi than I'll replace the adapter
