wifi "no internet access"

i connect to a 2wire wifi network and it says no internet access.... sometimes it won't say it, but is super slow and most of the time it say unidentified network and no internet access. ( its my neighbors, they let me use it )

What is your signal strength? If it's a poor signal that can explain all of those issues.
