Wifi on Iphone problem

Our free wifi at work has stopped for Iphones. The phones will connect fine but keeps waiting on the IP address. It just waits and waits without the IP address.
My laptop from home connects and I get the internet at lunch, but my iphone and everyones personal smart phone connects to the Linksys wifi, but does not get the IP address.

WE are all wondering if the office did this on purpose.
Why connect but never completes the IP address?

Have you contacted your system administrator that controls the internet network? My first step would be reset the router.

What kind of network do you have? With a DAS wireless building this shouldn't happen, but if the network is built with routers or repeaters it could be an honest mistake, and the router may have to be reset.
