How can I get a second computer online from using the following setup.

1. An Internet connection to a router some distance away transmits WI FI to computer A (which has a TP-link WI FI board inside) and can get on line, but how do I get the same Internet connection to computer B some distance away; that is, how can I use computer A to hookup to a another router to transmit WI FI so computer B can get on line?

More detail:
North side neighbor has a WI FI router that reaches my house so I get on line with my computer using a TP-link WI FI board inside my computer. Now I would like to extend this Internet service to a South side neighbor on the other side of my house. Since I have a router that would reach him how do I get my computer to hookup to my router and send WI FI Internet service to my South side neighbor.

In situation 1, can computer B receive the signal directly from the router? If not, the best option is to setup a wireless repeater or run an ethernet cable. You wouldn't want to need computer A to be on in order to use computer B, it's not practical.

North side neighbor's WI FI won't reach South side neighbor. I'm in the middle and can get on line only by using a high gain directional outside antenna.
Is it possible to get the Internet signal to go through my computer and hook up to my router and send Internet service to my South side neighbor?

If computer A is running Windows 7, you could use something like Connectify to turn it into a router that Computer B could connect to but as WRXGuy1 pointed out, it would be impractical since computer A would need to be on all the time in order for computer B to access the internet.

The most generic way to do it would be to setup a wireless repeater and have both computers connect to it. Since computer A would be in close proximity to the repeater, you could connect it by cable while computer B would connect via wifi.

I have windows xp. I believe the repeater idea is not good:
1. No way to connect an outside antenna to the repeater to receive the weak signal from North side neighbor.
2. North side neighbor may not want me tampering with his router to get my repeater to work off it.

So once again I'm asking can it be done as I stated above regardles of whether it's practical or it just can't be done?

The legality of it is, you shouldn't be stealing other peoples internet unless they say its ok and you shouldn't be broadcasting their internet beyond your home as he would be liable for any illegal downloading done through this internet sharing. I'm not gonna allow discussion about this any further.
