Wildtangent Web Driver

Yes uninstall it, wildtangent seems to be a web game related company but their software has been known to do drive by installs and may or may not collect information and send it back to wildtangent and other companies, I can't remember exactly.
 
Wiltangent, while not bad per se, isnt exactly good either. It's used in some plugins and stuff for media players. If it doesnt particularly bother you (and you know its there) then its ok to leave it alone. Now if its just there and you never intalled it then by all means, toast it
