Will a Socket 939 Heatsink fit on a Socket AM2 Motherboard?

I am looking at buying an inexpensive heatsink. My processor is hovering around 50 degrees Celsius without any overclocking and I want to bring the temperature down.

Will this $12 Socket 939 heatsink fit on a Socket AM2 Motherboard?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure the socket's are nearly identical with the exception of a couple pins. Aside from that I think the size and "hooks" are the same.

Yes AM2 is socked 939. but all AMD motherboards will fit any heat sink that comes with the lever.
