will AGP make a come back?

i think that motherboard manufacturers will stop putting AGP slots on their boards first, then eventualy the GFX card manafactures will disscontinue making AGP cards.

But like i said maybe in a few years time,Not yet.

I think that in less than a year it will be hard to find a decent board with AGP...

I think that some new technology will come and AGP will make a comeback, but for now PCIE x16 is dominating the business. They would have to be better then PCIE to make a "comeback" and also the motherboard company would have to make AGP slots one their boards.

Well your obviously not from round here then are you?:D

AGP won't overtake PCI-E as many people have said. Even though at the moment the full bandwidth of AGP8x hasn't been fully exploited, whats the point? When PCI-E cards are cheaper and you have plenty more options like SLi or Crossfire.

I find it hard now too. Only the lower-end ECS, ASRock etc have AGP, and while they're fine for basic use such as Celerons (I'm talking about 865 chipsets etc) they're no good for Core 2 Duo's.
