Will amd have new dual cores?

Will AMD have any new and more advanced dual cores coming out in 2009?
I have a 5200+, but i would like to upgrade w/i the next 6 months.
45nm?
more cache?
lower wattage?

I think so...they just came out with a new X2 model not to long ago but its still 65nm

There is suppose to be another model out as well but higher clock.


I would say by July we will see more "quad able" titles but I doubt dual-core will be killed off till the end of 09.

ya, i find it hard to believe that the dual cores will die off so fast, there has to be at least one more series of them. I still am waiting for a 3.0ghz or so version of like the 7750, because that would be cool

That is why they made it a BE...its a 3.0ghz version just waiting for its FSB to be upped.
