Will an OEM processor come with installation equipment?

Like the paste (if its needed), the fan, and the heatsink, or will the chip just come on its own?

OEM processor will NOT come with a fan/heatsink or TIM. That is why they are OEM and cheaper. Intel and AMD know that people use their own stuff...I would think they would sell more OEM products.

OEM comes with nothing at all except the bare minimum packaging required to get to your house. retail comes with the box, HSF, pre-applied paste, and warranty.

OEM CPU's come with a CPU. Nothing else.

Cooling device not included - Processor Only

Retail CPU's come with heatsink/fan.
