will any of these computers work with these games?

hi, im buying a new desktop comp soon, and i want to play games like minecraft, sims 3, tdu2, on it. and i want it to work with those games and run it smoothly. i dont mind what settings it runs at. ive found 2 desktop pcs, can u plz tell me which one will run them better, and if both of them will run it plz say that, and if possible tell me what settings they will run them at. here is the first one, and here is the second one. thanks a lot!
 
how much are you willing to spend, and the cheapest way is to build it yourself, and that also means higher quality parts and better value.
 
click on the words that are underlined, then click product details on the website, also atm i dont want to build a comp my self, thats something ill do when im older and i have more confidence, and my own money, not my parents money.
 
i'm only 15 and in 30 mins i completely dissassembled and rebuilt a computer with no knowledge of wtf i was doing, and that wsa last year, but look at the link, you can configure one with a way better gpu and it will be better quality and more upgradeable than those, so you can get another gpu or a better gpu later, you'll just have to make sure the power requirements are met, and the corsair psu's are the best on there, but the others are decent.
 
the one with the geforce 315 will be better from some benches i saw, but why are you stuck on those, the site i linked to above will get a much better gpu, better quality parts, and it will look cooler at the same time.
