If it's stupidly not-powerful-enough then your computer wont turn on. A more likely case is that it will boot, youll be running fine and then your voltages wont be stable and you may encounter lockups and/or restartsWill anything happen if my power supply is not big enough to support all my hardware. Will it damage anything in my computer or will it just not turn on?????
Well in most cases, the mobo will cut in and kill power to the system before stuff like that happensAlso, if fans start running slowly, especially the CPU fan, who knows what might happen...The CPU could fry! So, consequently it could damage some components....
