Will be upgrading, I need thoughts from others

So, I will be upgrading in a week or a few months depending on how I want to go about this. I started saving for computer upgrade two months ago, and I have racked up about $500 so far. And, I was all set to get a AMD 990FX MB, with the 8150-FX Bulldozer CPU and a GTX560TI (384 core) or a GTX 570, and then grab a 8GB 1866 RAM kit. I just upgraded the PSU last week to a Antec HCG-900, because the old one malfunctioned (Antec CP-850).

But!, now Samsung decided to bring out a new line of 3D monitors with their own proprietary 3D. You don't need a certain video card to play games in 3D, and it can convert 2D to 3D from photos to videos to video games. But, they are priced around $500 to $800. I have been wanting to get 3D going with my computer gaming, but I don't want to rely on nVidia, or AMD with their solutions.

Finally, here is where I am stuck.. My current system is:
Antec Twelve Hundred
Phenom II x4 955
H50 CPU Cooler
Mushkin Enhanced Silverline 1333 2x2
Optical Drive
HDD that needs to be upgraded
BFG GTX 260 (192 core)
Antec HCG-900
Some 19" Gateway 1440 x 900 Res (Needs upgrading :()

I don't know if I should just upgrade the system right away (MB, CPU, CPU Cooler (Antec 620), Memory, GFX Card, HDD), or get a Samsung monitor and GFX card for the 3D rendering and better gaming performance.

Thanks all!

I would if I could.. Lol. I don't necessarily have a budget, but I have to "try and keep the price down" as mentioned by my wife.

Could anyone recommend a 3D solution that you are impressed with? The only thing that I don't like about the nVidia 3D is that it is made for games. They are looking into implementing photos, videos, conversion later on. That is why I have been looking into the Samsung series. I mean.. 3D porn just sounds enticing! Lol Jk ;)

lol 3D porn, well the wife is 3D isnt she? lmao, and i honestly have no clue about 3D things though, and well you could build something decent for a good price if your willing to do it at once

for the monitor, samsung has a glasses version but it's 43" for 550 and bestbuy offers free glasses too, sounds better than like a 22 without glasses for the same price.

the stuff you posted sounds fine, but i would save untile early next year and decide either bulldozer 8170 (releases eaarly next year) or ivy bridge whitch comes out then too, along with possible the hd7000's and gtx 600's, so by then you'll have the money to get a beast upgrade.
