Will DFI LanParty make a difference?

Since my current board doesnt have AGP/PCI locks, i can only OC from 1.6 to 2.02ghz before the video card fails. Does this have AGP/PCI locks and would it allow me to oc better? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813136147

Also, it says that it supports Athlon 64, but doesnt say Sempron. Would it still work?

Yes

Yes, but not that the nf4 chipset would be a better choice for not too much more cash

Well i was only able to find the nF3 on newegg for a socket 754. Thanks for your help apj.

Don't bother buying a new Socket 754 motherboard. It would be a waste of money to buy a motherboard which would only give you a little bit better overclocking results, most likely not noticable.

I dont know... the one i have now cant manually adjust the vcore, and my cpu hasn't been heating up with an oc to 2.14ghz. I'll think about thise one for a while

Great board
I've been using this board for 6 months and have had no problem. Using a 3100+ sempron Palermo, had that bad boy up to 2700 Mhz stable. use a modded BIOS and a 3.3v rail modded PSU and you can crank as much juice as your PSU can put out. Great for an overclocker and the UV-reactive stuff is a very good plus!
