Will fan filters help at all?

OK, I don't know if is a problem enough to get fan filters, but then again, maybe I do. is it worth it to get the filter to stop the evil dust bunny's?
 
nope becuase they dont work its just as easy to get the little can of compressed air out and spray it down to clean it out

Get something like a dry swiffer sweeper cloth. It is a very nice air filter and it allows nice air flow. Just cut the approiate size and tape over your fan hole.
 
i buy them anyware, any good computer place will have tons, and you can find them at some cleaning places too. but i preffer to shoot co2 out of my paintball gun instead, it blasts alot of air really quickly, and does no harm to my computer whatsoever. :D
 
The filters I use help a lot. Once a week, I can bend down and pick off a ball of dust thats being held against the filter by suction. Without the filter, that dust would've gone straight in.
 
filters on my case work a treat, just have to remember to clean em out regularly thats all, nice and clean on the inside mine :D
 
Filters are ok, but they still restrict airflow so it is a toss up. The pantyhose restrict very little compared to others I have seen.
