Will GTA 5 be on PC?

Quick Google says no because of piracy. We'll just have to wait and see.

They'll eventually end up releasing it on PC I bet, even if they don't immediately after the game comes out.

I'm going to pirate it on my PS3 just for a kick in the balls to yet another company full of dicks that don't want to support not only the origin of home gaming but also the largest platform for gaming.

Livid, man

=EDIT=

ofc I'm not going to be pirating it btw ;)

Hackers and crackers will always be on pc, but most people just buy it from steam,...
Btw, if the game was more to online side, there'd be no really problems..

It would also be much worse.

GTA online is more for messing about with, not playing the game and a co-op mode wouldn't really be a GTA game.

A lot of games are great online, GTA would lose more than it would gain I think.

But of course, it will lose more than it will gain by not making it on PC at all...

I'm not sure,I think they will purposely not sell a PC version a good year or so after console release to maximize console sales as much as possible.

They know if they done that PC gamers would get bored of waiting and buy it on console (if they own one)...then at a later date also buy it on PC...so they get two sales from one person,If you understand what i mean.

But then again,This might not actually not be their move..for all we know they could actually be developing GTA V for PC separately from the console version and are putting in that extra work,Which they failed to do with GTA IV for PC.

I guess we wont know until they say something!

I wouldn't be surprised if they release GTA V on PC it will run better on the same hardware than GTA IV.

Hopefully,It did not run very nice on my Q6600 + 4890 setup,Q6600+6950 was much better...not tried it on my current system.

Just a shame really because its a great game...if only they had optimized it better,I hope thet they're putting more effort into doing just that for GTA V.

Eh, I'm not surprised or too disappointing. GTA 4 played horribly on the PC. It was laggy, glitchy, and sometimes downright stopped working!

I can just hope they find a solution for piracy like some DRM of Simcity, I am ready to pay $100 if they release it for PC.

GTA on PC is always full of bugs so it's probably for the best... This could have been their excuse but no, money was put forward... Again...

There is. Make a good game and constantly give it full, free updates. Lots of indie games have proven it.

Alternatively, put out lots of fake torrents with names of legit crackers. They will soon be found and circulated and any real ones will become needles in a haystack which people don't trust anyway
