Will i have enough power for my psu?

This is the psu im using.

i want to run a xfx 6950 2 gig and the power consumtion shown here does not seem like alot.

My cpu is the i5 3570k not planning on over clocking or putting in dual gpu's.

im also running 8 gig ram
1 cdrom drive
500gig 7200rpm hard drive
1 case with 2 120mm fans and 1 140mm fan.

Like i said no oc till a while maybe next year and nothing crazy that will take hella power.
i just want to play games such as LOL, dota 2, diablo 3, diablo 2, roller coaster tycoon 3, warcraft 3 wow ect.

please let me know if this psu can it handle it i have it in my hands put havent set up my computer yet. gulp.
 
Minimum requirements for a 6950 is 750W, so you're gonna wanna upgrade to a stronger PSU.
 
A 6950 minimum requirements is a 500W quality power supply or greater. A standard 6950 under full load will pull around 160/170W by itself.
