Will I Need a Separate Heatsink?

I'm going to be getting the Intel C2D E6600 for an MSI Motherboard. Should I get a separate heatsink/fan or will the stock fan due? I'll be playing really only MS Flight Sim X, but will have quite a few programs open at a time.

The stock one should keep it relatively cool. An aftermarket heatsink will be better but you don't necessarily need one.
