Will I see a FPS drop?

I am upgrading today to a 23" 3d 1080 monitor.

I currently play on a less resolution 21" HP monitor.

Will I see a FPS drop by going to a larger monitor?

if you are upping the resolution will see some drop, but it depends on how high you are going and from what.

If your going from 800x600 to 1080 then your gunna see considerable drop, from 1650x (w/e it is :P) then proibably not much.

considering you are using a gtx570, yes it will drop if you are currently usin g a lower resolution, but the 570 can max or get right to it on every game, idk if it will completely max like bf3 with a constant ~60 fps.

You will see a drop with a bigger size and resolution, yes. You're not completely out of options, since that is quite a powerful card you will be able to overclock it to compensate. Contrary to what some say, it is a good overclocker and should be able to run stable under 850/1700 @ 1.063. If cooled well enough it will run get stock gtx580 performance if you can get it to 900/2000. Unsure of the voltage requirements for that, however. It will start artifacting if you push it to 925mhz core, so be careful.

I wouldn't be overclocking that card with that PSU. In fact I wouldn't even use that PSU with that set up.
