Will it do the trick?

I love the look of these logitech 5.1 speakers [http://www.logitech.com/en-us/speakers-audio/home-pc-speakers/devices/7191] and i was wondering will my sound card be good enough to output the full 5.1 surround sound?

here is all my specs

Operating System:MS Windows Vista Home Basic 32-bit SP2

CPU:Intel Celeron @ 1.86GHz

RAM:2.0GB Single-Channel DDR2 @ 333MHz (5-5-5-15)

Motherboard:DIXONSXP N/A (uPGA 479M)

Graphics:Generic PnP Monitor (1280x800@60Hz)SiS Mirage 3 Graphics

Hard Drives:156GB Western Digital WDC WD1600BEVT-22ZCT0 ATA Device (SATA)

Optical Drives:TSSTcorp CDDVDW TS-L632H ATA Device

Audio:Realtek High Definition Audio

The link you posted is dead. And it's hard to tell whether your motherboard has 5.1 or 7.1 output capabilities. Go take a look at your realtek control panel to see if it supports anything more than stereo output. My guesses are that it can output 5.1.

I checked the audio control panel and it has the option of either stereo or quadraphonic and also has a box you can tick if you want surround sound. but does that mean it can only do four speakers?
