Will it help flashing BIOS?

Hi.

I've just gotten my new rig finished, and I've run 3dmark06, but only got 11000 points and the CPU test was at a frame rate of 0-1fps. Is that really true with my rig? Do I maybe need to flash BIOS? It is the first time I've built my own rig, so I'm at novice . You can see my rig below
 
The CPU test always runs at 1-2 FPS. Overclock your processor if you want a higher score. Update the BIOS if you're not running the latest. It may not improve your 3DMark06 score, but it's generally a good idea to run the most recent.
