Will it word on my board?

Hey guys, I recently bought an ASUS Essentio CG5275, and I'm not happy with the graphics card it comes with. I want to get rid of the integrated Intel piece of crap and upgrade the video card to a ATI RADEON HD 465... a gig. But I don't know weather or not it'll even fit on my motherboard. I know there is the power slot on the motherboard and power supply to worry about.

Can someone help me out?
 
I would get something stronger than a 4650, it's not much better than the onboard because that PC should have an I5 650 and the integrated graphics on an I5 are pretty decent (one of the best onboard anyway).

I would suggest a 5770 if you can afford it-

Or if you can't afford that, a 5670 would be pretty much the minimum as far as an upgrade from the onboard-
