Will it work in my pc

I was thinking of buying some hardrives and RaMs for my PC. The thing is i will be buying them from china since I am going there and its cheap to buy from there too. Will it work in my comptuer? you know, with the power voltage being different and all. (buy from china and use it in a PC in USA)

Yes my computer can handle more hardrive and yes it can have more Ram, just incase people ask.

SO as long as i have the same interface power voltage is no problem right?

EDIT: does it matter if i get a external hardrive?
